1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Chris' K9's.

1.2. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

2.1. Chris' K9's offers various dog training services, including group sessions, one-to-one training, and membership in our dog training club.

2.2. The duration and content of each training program will be specified at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. All sessions must be paid for and scheduled via our website in advance.

3.2. Subscription members must book their sessions a minimum of 1 week in advance.

3.3. Payment is required in advance to secure your booking. We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal or direct debit/BACS payments.

3.4. Membership fees for the dog training club are payable monthly in advance.

4.  Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

4.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded.

4.3. Subscription members will lose their credit for the month if they cancel within 48 hours of the session.

4.4. If a subscription member cancels outside of 48 hours, they can reschedule the training session.

4.5. In the unlikely event that Chris' K9's needs to cancel a session, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Clients are responsible for the behavior and control of their dogs at all times.

5.2. Clients must inform Chris' K9's of any known behavioural issues or health concerns prior to the session.

5.3. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their dog is up to date with vaccinations.

6. Liability

6.1. Chris' K9's will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property during training sessions.

6.2. Clients agree to indemnify Chris' K9's against any claims made by third parties arising from their dog's behavior.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. All client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1. Chris' K9's adheres to the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers Code of Ethics.

8.2. Positive reinforcement methods are used in all training sessions.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. Chris' K9's reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

9.2. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
